On the pricing, you may want to propose a reasonable price range, who knows who are reading this piece of crap article and they decided to use it for manga/anime marketing research. And if the price is right,... Why spend when you can get it for free? Same here in Indonesia. As in Indonesia, most don't care about packaging (and quality) as long as they have the movie FAST and CHEAP (preferrably free), which explains why VCDs are really popular, producers even have the 'video rental' edition that only consist of CD and a sleeve. Yes, a sleeve. The cost? USD1-2 per movie. Someone's daily pocket money. ^_~ Only two mangas ever translated?
