		<description>well shogakukan usually is not happy about its artists working with other publishers, but Urasawa&#039;s writer/editor Nagazaki-san (who worked with Urasawa on a number of projects) regularly works for Morning (he writes Dias Police under a pen name).

Knowing a number of the people who work for Morning (I have spent some time there myself) and people who have helped with the r&amp;d for this title I can say it was a good decision.

Oh, any ETA on the Aki Ra manga review?</description>
