Before we get into the nitty gritty of gossiping about my relationship with Mr. Keaton, I’d take this moment to thank Yue and Akane for lending us their mook, Cheerio! I was more excited to see this than DCR since most of the stories and fashions here are really Momoko-centered. And the featured designers are all Momoko specialists (like Daisy D and All Nurds!) It’s really cool!

Cheerio’s cool! It contained stories of doll collectors and their stories on how they started collecting dolls (not necessarily momoko) and creating custom stuff for them. It’s nice to see their stories on what inspired them to start collecting and even customizing. Khursten felt a bit inspired about collecting, although she wept thinking about her wallet. It also featured some early customs such as Shiina Ringo momokos which I didn’t even know existed. Khursten herself has been itching to try customizing but neither Colette or I want her to touch our hair. No way!

Speaking of hair, the mook had some nifty hair designs for long haired momoko. Kind of pointless because neither Colette or I have easy to manage hair. But Ayumi seems to fancy it.

It also contained dresses from other momoko clothes designers. When we got DCR3, I really enjoyed Daisy D’s designs! Her clothes were not exactly goth loli, but were still wearable. It inspired Khursten to try her luck in making clothes for us… but so far… *cough* she’s been preoccupied in making clothes for *cough* some big-headed twerp.

Oi Khursten, you won’t be able to resist if Colette asks you to make some clothes right? She is our brewing Mme. Polignac. *sigh* Here’s me wishing for my old quiet life again.
