I’ve been curious about it for some while and since Yue’s casting experiment last year, and it’s been haunting me like a plague. But now that it’s summer, it’s the perfect time and weather to finally grab your putties out and start making your custom.

This summer proved to be hard for customs. For one, my putties are drying up (Is this because of global warming too?) and they’re harder to mold. Not really that hard, it’s just not as pliable as before. I might be giving them the moist towel treatment so that they can get softer. *sigh*

But yes! The cast! The cast turned out easy at the same time difficult. Making the cast was easy with oyumaru. It’s placing the morimori that was difficult. I’ll talk about it in detail tomorrow, and with pictures on how to do a cast. I forgot that there’s this one other thing that I wanted to cast.

I’ll put up the details on the progress of my customs. :3 I’m quite excited with what I’m making now. :3

I’ve been thinking about since last night. Which one of these will be my Chiaki!? I don’t know if I got my hair down already. Maybe I did, but on the other end, I think if I wanted to make an L or a Cloud (which requires another repaint), it could use this hair. But it looks fine. I think. Ah mou~~

Nodame is so demanding she wants all. But for the sake of pictures and clarity, I only have to choose one. My favorites are with A. and C. ‘A’ because the face has the same shape as Chiaki’s eyes and it has that same smirk on Chiaki’s face. On the other end, ‘C’ has… I don’t know. It just looks like nice.

Of course, Nodame wants it all as long as it has the word Chiaki Shinichi on it. But unfortunately before she oggles him, I get to decide first which will be the ’staple’ Chiaki head. Will have to create a snarky Chiaki head someday too. TAT;;
